In response to the Government’s statement yesterday we are escalating our plan to help ensure continuity of service as far as is possible.
We are open for business with a combination of home workers and protected employees. We have plans in place to continue to operate our systems and phone lines should we be forced to close the office entirely.
We have brought forward renewals as far as rating models will allow. For business that requires an annual review the account handlers are able to video conference; conference call and email to avoid external meetings. We are pressing insurers for terms as early as possible to ensure that renewals can be secured in a timely and accurate manner. We have stopped all internal meetings with representatives and suppliers for the time being. If you have any queries or concerns please contact your account handler or email email@example.com
The lines of communication with insurers have been tested and we are staying in close contact with all providers on a daily basis.
Our team of financial advisers are already working from home. They have full access to the systems and are available to discuss the implications of the market falls on your investments and pensions. We are still taking on new business. For car, house and travel insurance telephone is best. For commercial business you may phone but you can also email firstname.lastname@example.org Commercial enquiries are taking a little longer than usual to deal with as insurers are also working their respective action plans. That said if you are able to let us have a target date and a target price we will do our very best to get the job done for you. The team is ready for your enquiry.
