Our in-house claims team is on your side. We are your personal claims team, acting with your very best interest in mind, always. We will harness our knowledge and experience of the insurance market to make sure that you are treated fairly and properly advised throughout the claims process.

Whether you have a small household leak or a corporate liability claim involving contact with loss adjustors, legal teams and claim investigators, we will take care of the process to minimise the inconvenience to you.

How to claim

In the event of any claim, circumstance or accident likely to result in a claim, we urge you to simply contact us at 01639 64 64 64 and we will steer you in the right direction.

Our office hours are 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.

We answer live calls in five seconds; no call queuing, no automated selections and no premium rate lines.

Emergency claims

If your claim is an emergency and occurs outside of our office hours, leave us a message and contact your insurer directly – just keep your policy number to hand and use the links below. We'll pick-up the claim once office hours resume.
