Having started as the filling clerk, Joanne has now supported the Keen team for over a decade.
She enjoys working with people and understanding what they need. This is down to her positive attitude and belief that there is always a solution to be found. Whilst working with customers, she always offers a fair and honest approach. We wouldn't expect anything less.
Joanne owns a dog – Penny – who she walks every day when she isn't toiling away at Keen. She also loves to read, enjoys eating out and has recently taken up golf.
