Gareth, son of founder Richard Keen, started working at Keen in 1988 and took over the company in 1997.
He inspires enthusiasm throughout his business operation and workforce. Plus his attention to detail is bordering on OCD. Gareth values his customers and tries to make every experience they have with Keen a positive one. He consistently demonstrates that he puts his clients' needs first, to encourage the same approach within his workforce.
After work, Gareth supports Swansea City Football Club and has been a season ticket holder for 25 years. Plus he is golf mad and has recently tried to prove he can surf, but is losing his battle with the waves so far.
