Dawn is one of our longest-serving members of staff, having working with Keen for over three decades.
She is great at dealing with customers because of her clear communication skills, understanding attitude and a vast knowledge of our services.
In her spare time, Dawn spends time with her family, travelling and reading. She also dares to organise group activities for her children and their friends, such as treasure hunts, days out and quizzes.
